Q - I am having problems adding items into my shopping cart,
editing quantities and/or checking out. What's wrong?
A - If you are having problems updating quantities in your shopping cart, it might be your security. Some security programs that come with internet packages, specifically Roadrunner, have proven to be non-compatible with our site. By temporarily turning off the security while placing your order, quantities will update correctly.

Q - Why can't I check out with 4 plants in my cart?
A - We have an order minimum of six (6) Live Plants. Orders over 6 plants
must be in multiples of six (6). There is no minimum order per variety, you may
order one each of multiple varieties if you'd like. Your Total Order Quantity
however, must be a multiple of six (6). In other words, you must order 6, 12, 18,
24, 30 etc Live Plants.
Q -Why can't I check out with 4 fresh chiles in my cart?
A - We have an order minimum of six (6) half-pints of Fresh Chiles. Orders
over 6 half-pints must be in a multiple of six (6). There is no minimum order
per variety, you may order one each of multiple varieties if you'd like. Your
Total Order Quantity however, must be a multiple of six (6). In other words, you
must order 6, 12, 18, 24, 30 etc Fresh Chiles.
Q - How do I find a certain chile?
A - You may look for chiles via 4 ways. Our Keyword
Search, our Advanced Search,
our Chile Chart, and our Chile
Our Keyword Search allows you to search on a word, the Advanced Search allows
you to search on multiple values, our Chile Chart is a sortable chart that
allows you to sort on certain options, and our Chile Photos allows you to find a
chile starting with a certain letter.
Q - I am not able to check out as my credit card will expire before the date
that I want my items to be shipped, and I do not have a new card with a new
expriation date yet. What do I do?
A- Enter an expiration date 3 years from your current expiration date in order to check out.
But please make sure you return to your account to update the new card when it arrrives, as not all cards have 3 year additional expiration dates.

Q - I saved some items in my cart to review later, but when I returned my cart was empty! What happened?
A - For your protection, your shopping cart session will time out after eight hours of inactivity.
Sorry, the site does not allow you to save your cart for later.
