Big news! We've retired!! :)

Janie & Fernando

We started the nursery back in 1984 because we loved working with plants. What a wild ride!

From growing 750 varieties of perennial flowers, ornamental grasses, and ferns for the landscape trade,
to shipping 500 varieties of peppers, 189 tomatoes, and 70 eggplants to homeowners throughout the country.
Not to mention the 120 basils, 18 tomatillos, and 6 cilantro varieties available here at the farm.
Lots and lots and LOTS of plants!

The nursery offered us a great lifestyle, living and working on the farm, working with plants. We loved that life.
But the goals that we set way back when have been reached, and we are ready to retire.

In 2014 we purchased a private botanical garden/home where we spend our off-seasons. The place is overflowing with rare, unusual and deliciously producing plants. Absolutely gorgeous. It is a dream-come-true. We love being there tending our gardens, growing our food, being in nature, and enjoying the beauty of it all. Living a simple life was the dream.

We have served the plant industry for 36 years. For us it's time to move on.

This has truly been the adventure of a lifetime, and we want to thank you for all the wonderful years of growing for you.

Keep growing, keep sharing. Wishing you abundance, this season and always...

Janie, Fernando & crew
