Our Live Plants are healthy and strong. Our Fresh Chiles are freshly picked.
We guarantee that our products arrive in a healthy condition, and are true to name.
In the case of a high number of plants being damaged, we will replace right away, but unfortunately if we send 1 or 2 plants, they are unlikely to survive the shipping process. We have tried! Our procedure in the case of 1 or 2 plants with damage is to offer an in-house credit towards your next order.
Shipped orders - Notification about orders that arrive damaged must be made in writing within 72 hours of receipt.
Please include a photo to show damage. Often we can provide valuable info on how to save the plant.
Please keep all packaging materials, especially if boxes show UPS-transit damage.
Once our plants are planted out, or after 72 hours, they become your plants, as we no longer have control.
Pickup orders - please check your plants upon pickup.
Once the plants leave our facility, they become your plants, as we no longer have control.
Notification of plants producing not true to name must be made by Oct 15th, in writing, with photographs.
We are not liable for any damage due to delivery delays caused by an incorrect/incomplete address submitted on order.
Please double check address!
We will not be held liable for our plants' performance in your garden, nor its productivity, as this is completely out of our control. Under no circumstances will we be held liable for more than the cost of the product.
