The 7 Pot Yellow is a superhot from Trinidad, named for the legend that one pepper can heat seven pots of stew. These bumpy, pumpkin-shaped pods ripen to a bright yellow with extreme heat and a fruity, slightly citrus flavor.
One of the most flavorful superhot varieties, prized by hot sauce makers for its combination of scorching heat and excellent taste. Use in sauces, powders, and extreme heat dishes.
