Our Promise

Our Live Plants are healthy and strong. Our Fresh Chiles are freshly picked.
We guarantee that our products arrive in a healthy condition, and are true to name.
In the case of damaged plants, we will replace right away.

Shipped Orders

Notification about orders that arrive damaged must be made in writing within 72 hours of receipt and include a picture.
A picture is essential so we can provide information how to save the plant, or that we can use to submit a claim.
Please keep all packaging materials, especially if boxes show UPS-transit damage.

We are not liable for any damage due to delivery delays caused by an incorrect/incomplete address submitted on order. Please double check address!

Transfer of Ownership

At some point the plants are outside our control and we're no longer responsible for issues that arise. Our policy is that after 72 hours from receipt, the plant health is now owned by the recipient.

Please email us with any problems you have during the growing season, and we'll be happy to troubleshoot.

Pickup Orders

Please check your plants on pickup.
Once the plants leave our nursery, they are your plants. Please do not bring back under any circumstances! That risks the introduction of pests to our indoor growing space.
Please keep all packaging materials, especially if boxes show UPS-transit damage.
