Description
Thai Yellow is a very hot Thai chile that produces clusters of small, upward-pointing pods ripening from green to a beautiful golden yellow. Similar heat to the red Thai but with a slightly different, more floral flavor profile.
Adds both heat and a pop of color to Thai curries, stir-fries, noodle dishes, and dipping sauces. Extremely prolific — plants are loaded with colorful clusters all season. Excellent for drying and making yellow pepper flakes.
