Orange variant of the famous Carolina Reaper. Note that this is not yet stable and may throw off pods of differing colors and shapes. A striking super hot pepper with intense heat and a bright, fruity flavor with subtle citrus notes. Best used sparingly in sauces, powders, and ultra-spicy dishes.
Pairs well with garlic, onions, tomatoes, citrus, vinegar, and rich meats like pork and beef.
