Lemon Drop is a bright yellow Peruvian pepper with a tangy, citrus-forward flavor and a clean, hot heat. Also known as Aji Limón, these small, crinkled pods ripen to a vivid lemon-yellow and have a unique zesty flavor that's difficult to match.
Perfect for fresh salsas, ceviche, hot sauces, pickling, and adding a sunny, zesty kick to fish, chicken, and salads. Extremely prolific plants produce hundreds of pods. Pairs well with garlic, onions, tomatoes, herbs, seafood, and light cheeses.
